STEMful provides a unique space to offer  

parents who are looking to celebrate their child’s

birthday or host a special event.

Weekends: 10:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-3:00pm, 4:00-6:30pm (exclusive party)

Fridays: 5:00-7:30pm

Weekdays: Flexible (if no programs are in session)

All parties take place in our 800 sq ft party room (includes use of the kitchen area). Party-goers can use our playspace shared with public during open hours. Max: 30 kids and 30 adults for exclusive party.

All party package booking requires $125 deposit, with exception for party room rental package ($75 deposit).

Party Packages:

  • 1.5 h STEMful-tastic Party Package (up to 10 kids*, 1 h party theme activity) – $325
  • 2 h  STEMful-tastic Party Package (up to 15 kids*, 1.5 h STEMful-tastic party theme activity) – $500
  • 2.5 hr Exclusive STEMful-tastic Party Package (after hours, includes 1.5 h STEMful-tastic party theme activity) – $625
  • 1.5 h Party Room Rental (up to 20 kids, no STEMful-tastic party theme activity) – Mon-Thur ($200), Fri ($250), and Sat-Sun ($325)

Extras:

  • Additional Time (30 min) – $50
  • Additional kiddo (party theme activity) – $12 (age appropriate only*) and $6 (siblings, 1+ year old)
  • Additional kiddo (no party theme activity) – $8

*Note: age-appropriate is 4.5-10 years old

All party packages and room rental, party host(s) will be on hand to help with set up and clean up.  Kids plates and cups, and utensils are provided.  Adult plates and cups are not provided.  We recommend biodegradable plates and cups to help reduce the environment impact.

Gift to birthday child: a free return to STEMful playspace or $12 off STEMful programs (expires within 1 year)

For 1.5 h STEMful-tastic Party Package:

  • 30 min play time prior to STEMful-tastic party activity and 30 min post-party
  • extra 30 min set up and clean up time
  • 1 h STEMful-tastic party theme activity
  • 30 min food and beverage time

For 2 h STEMful-tastic Party Package:

  • 30 min play time prior to STEMful-tastic party activity and 30 min post-party
  • extra 30 min set up and clean up time
  • 1.5 h STEMful-tastic party theme activity
  • 30 min food and beverage time

For 2.5 h STEMful-tastic Exclusive Party Package:

  • exclusive use of the entire venue during after hours
  • extra 30 min set up and clean up time
  • 1.5 h STEMful-tastic party theme activity
  • 1 h food and beverage time

For 1.5 h Private Party Room Rental:

  • 30 min play time pre-party and 30 min post-party
  • extra 30 min set up and clean up time
  • 1.5 h use of private party room and kitchen
