We understand your family schedule can change. As a small business, we have our cancellation policy in place so that we can maintain a healthy staff to help us bring our very best towards hosting an engaging, vibrant and educational experience for your kids. Below is our camp policy.

Transfer
You may transfer your registration to a different camp once at no cost. For any subsequent transfers, a $20 administrative fee will apply.
Transfer must be requested in writing to info@stemful-sf.com five (5) business days before the start of your camp session, pending availability. STEMful can not guarantee that a transfer is always possible.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial registration are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees.
To request a cancellation, please email info@stemful-sf.com. The date and time your email is sent will be the official timestamp for your request and will be used to determine any applicable refund according to our policy.
For cancellations made at least five (5) business days prior to the camp start date, you will receive an account credit OR a refund.
- Credit Amount: Full session price, less a 5% cancellation fee per session. It is applicable to any future STEMful programs and expires within one (1) year from the date of issue.
- Refund: Full session price, less 15% administrative fee per session
For cancellationl less then five (5) business days before camp start date:
- No refunds or credits will be issued.
Waitlist Exception:
- Regardless of the cancellation timing, if we successfully fill your child’s spot with someone from our waitlist, you will then have the option of:
- An account credit, minus a 5% administrative fee per session, OR
- A refund, minus a 15% administrative fee per session.
If STEMful must cancel a camp due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a choice:
- A 100% refund to your original payment method, OR
- A 100% credit, valid for one year from the date of our cancellation, which can be used for any future programs.
Additional Note:
Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds or prorated fees for days missed from camp, regardless of the reason (including illness or other personal circumstances).
Toddler STEM Classes / Workshop Policy

Toddler Class Single Session
If you signed up for our class and need to cancel due to scheduling conflicts, email us at info@stemful-sf.com.
- More than 48 hours notice: refund or credit (minus a 5% service fee), or transfer to another drop-in class.
- Less than 48 hours notice: no refund or credit.
Toddler Class Series
- Less than 48 hours notice: no make-up class.
- More than 48 hours notice: make-up class if space is available, else a credit will be issue to your account.
The credit expires in 1 year and applies to any of our programs.
Curiosity Afterschool Program Policy

- Program and material fees are automatically billed monthly.
- No refund on the registration fee.
- Students must stay home if sick.
- No prorate for missing or sick days.
- Cancellation must be made ten (10) business days prior to the first of the month or a charge of 25% of monthly program fee may be applied, you must send an email to afterschool@stemful-sf.com to formally cancel your membership.
- Programs will be canceled on bad air quality above 150 AQI.
- Parents are required to send afterschool@stemful-sf.com an email to add on new authorized caregivers for pick-up.
- A late fee of $20 for the first 10 mins and $1 per min for each additional minute.
