Afternoons at STEMful are more than just care, they’re adventures.
Our Afterschool Enrichment Programs immerse students in hands-on STEAM projects that spark creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
A Safe, Supportive Transition After School
We offer two on-site programs:
Curiosity Club for grades TK–2
Curiosity Creators for grades 2–4
Both programs are offered at our studio in the Mission-Bernal neighborhood. During outside time, we use the Upper Noe Valley Recreational Center.
STEMful staff provide school pick-up, with teachers and assistant teachers ensuring a safe, supportive transition from the classroom to the studio. We also accommodate early dismissal days and parent-teacher conference weeks.
From the moment students arrive, they’re immersed in projects that spark curiosity and confidence. Each week brings new opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through activities such as coding, robotics, design challenges, and creative experiments.
In December and May, families are invited to a showcase where students present their work. It’s a celebration of what they’ve built, learned, and discovered together.
