Cancellation Policy

We understand your family schedule can change. As a small business, we have our cancellation policy in place so that we can maintain a healthy staff to help us bring our very best towards hosting an engaging, vibrant and educational experience for your kids. Below is our summer camp policy.

  • January – May 1: receive a 85% refund 
  • May 2 – June 1: receive a 50% refund
  • After June 1: camp fee is non-refundable

A few things to note:

  • Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days missed due to illness or other life circumstances
  • Credit may be applied on a case-by-case base
  • Credit will be applied on Small Business Sale purchases
  • Credit may be applied on purchases after June 1 if we filled your spot 
  • Credit will be applied to your account (regardless of registration source)
