Curiosity Club Policy

 
1) Parents must email STEMful and Zum by 7pm the night before if there is a change in schedule.

2) A fee of $18-36 is charge if the cancellation is past 7pm. This fee is charged to STEMful by Zum.

3) A list of authorized pick up caregivers must be provided to STEMful in advance.

4) Membership cancellation is charged a fee based on your monthly payment until we find another child to take your spot. We understand circumstances come up, but as a small business we rely on yourmembership to cover our overhead.

5) Upon cancellation of your membership, you will also forfeit your registration and material fee.

 
 6) We request an update if 1) there are changes to your child’s behavior or 2) your child is taking new or  regular medications that can impact their normal deposition. Your information is confidential.
